“Meals” can be used at Manzy Square (located
in Manzanita Hall) for breakfast, lunch and dinner. “Meals can be
used at Sahuaro (located in Sahuaro Hall) for breakfast, lunch, dinner
and late night*. Manzy Square and Sahuaro Café feature unlimited
seconds.

when compared to cash purchases.* When you purchase the M&G 2100 plan
you get a Bonus of 100 M&G which increases your savings to 13.7%.
Also, you have no ATM visits, no need to carry cash on campus, and the
safety of knowing if you loose your card we can deactivate it until you

Meal plans for the 2004~2005 academic year will be available for use at the beginning of the fall 2004 semester.
"Meals per Semester" meals (Yuma and Sedona meal plans) expire on after lunch service on the last day of finals for each contracted semester. "Meals per Week" meals (Mesa and Tempe meal plans) are valid Friday (breakfast) through Thursday (late night). Each Friday a new set of meals will be posted to your account, unused meals will be forfeit after Thursday (late night).
Maroon & Gold is good for the entire academic year. M&G Dollars expire on the final day of summer session two for the contracted year. Unused M&G WILL carry over from the fall to the spring semester. Remember you may always add M&G if you are running low, minimum purchase of $25.
On the "Meals per Week (Mesa and Tempe)" meal plans you can use your Maroon & Gold to eat until Friday (breakfast) when the new set of "Meals" is credited to your account.

Many locations will have limited hours or will be closed during spring break. Food may not be taken out of our "All You Care to Eat" restaurants. However, you may use your Maroon & Gold for "To-Go" menu items at all of our other locations on campus.

There are no deadlines on meal plan purchases. It is recommended that you purchase your plan prior to August 10, 2004 to avoid any delays.

You can pay for your meal plan at the ASU Campus Dining
office (480.965.3464), located in the Memorial Union (MU), using all major
credit cards, checks (made payable to "SODEXHO", money orders,
travelers' checks, or cash.

The ASU Campus Dining office is located in the Memorial
Union Rm 138 next to the MU Market. Office hours are Monday to Friday,
8:00 am - 4:00 pm.
Meal plans may be changed up to the close of business
on the second Friday of classes for each semester in which they are active.
All changes will be assessed a $35 administrative fee.
Your meal plan will automatically be on your ASU Sun Card once purchased. When the cashier asks how you are paying (you will respond with either "Meals" or "M&G").
Students are responsible for their ASU Sun Card, and all charges made to their accounts. If a card is lost or stolen, it must be immediately reported to the Sun Card office and to the Campus Dining office (480.965.3464). All transactions, including meal plan and M&G purchases, made on a missing ASU Sun Card not reported as lost or stolen are the responsibility of the student owning the card.
All plans are voluntary. If you are regularly eating on-campus a meal plan or Maroon & Gold will give you a significant savings over using cash. We have a variety of different Maroon & Gold plans available. Please check out the meal plan link.

A student that is excused from the contract, under the following conditions, is eligible for a prorated refund of the unused portion of their Meal Plan. A) The student withdraws from Arizona State University.
